I had to wash my hair and take a shower with cold water (inhumane in winter) trying to open my door on a number of occasions and get rid of a lot of street traffic.

A real hostel trash, the worst of my life.

It's a shame. Four days before we entered, the room was canceled for no reason. We were left at three o'clock. I called several times and they didn't give me an explanation. They said immediately they called me. And they never did. And now reading reviews turns out that it's nothing exceptional. Apparently it's their way of working. They should be fined. And they should be removed from the platforms. Because when you're about to travel with your booking you have to look for alternatives and everything is already triple expensive!

Sinvergüenzas.  You canceled without further ado.

Four days after entering, we cancel the reservation with the excuse that payment has been denied.Being a lie, we are claiming the justification for denial of payment, to file a complaint, but logically we are not given it because it is a lie.The reason is that you then go to the page and offer the triple-de-price accommodation, taking advantage of the fact that there was a bridge and Madrid was very competitive.

Impressables are not possible.

They're some shameless people, who when you make a reservation tell you everything's very, very nice, and half an hour before you go in they cancel the reservation, leaving you stranded in Madrid; they don't give you explanations, and when you call, they don't solve anything because they invent the reasons for cancelling it.

I don t know from where to start the comment i will start with good things -we was in contact with 2 persons via what s up which they give us the indications for the keys etc ,the 2 persons they was friendly and helpful with the information 
                                                       The second good things about this apartment was the location ,is in the center of Madrid very close to metro station .
And now about the bad things ...i need a book to write about it.the room not painted, the wardrobe need to be fix is about to fall,the bathroom is a joke very small small my husband is about 120kg and hardly fit in the bathroom.the table is mouving the chairs very uncomfortable,if you want to cook maibe is better to go outside....
For me personal i will close the place down, it was over rated to much money for what they  offer

Never ever again 

I don't recommend these apartments to anyone.The management of the reservation is bad.The apartment is very noisy and dirty.The location is unique.But I would never go back to this site.I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

A hell of a lot.

I call Booking and the girl explains to me that the facility has problems with the POS and that they will send me the link to make the payment. Cmq assures me that the booking is confirmed. At 16.11am on the day of my arrival they write to me:

Attention: Once you have submitted the confirmation, your reservation will be cancelled on the day of your arrival.

After having booked this accommodation weeks in advance, the night before we are warned that we must cancel it due to some work, and we are also told that we must cancel it ourselves so that we are only charged a percentage of the stay, without giving us other options or mere apology.

Reserva canceled due to bad weather.

Everything seemed right, they put you in a WhatsApp group to tell you where the apartment key is and how to access it.Before we left we asked if they had a dryer and they informed us that the apartment had a dryer, so there was less load in the suitcase....but no, on arrival they had no dryer, no vases for breakfast in good condition, so I had to have breakfast in a mini cup.The apartment is remodeled but without any maintenance and scarcely cleaned.The walls are dirty, the cabinets are broken, the kitchen utensils are dirty and dirty.For a night or two and without thinking about living in the apartment is fine, but for a few days or days or more, we don't recommend it.But we asked the dining room staff to have a hairdresser there and they would not need to have a lot of maintenance in the previous property and I hope that at some point, customers will not feel any more confused about this.

The only good thing is the location.

Having booked and delivered up to the documentation via whatsapp, they overbook, and they lie, letting us know that they can't give us the apartment because there is a wall and a few broken beds, which a while later, another partner confirms the lie to me, assuming the sale of more apartments, and then not looking for a solution in another apartment as corresponds to its poor management. Consequently, we book in another apartment nearby, which unfortunately, is managed by the same company, despite its distinct name (NO ME EXTRAÑA) called Torreon Apartment, a few meters from each other.
