We arrived late at night, exhausted and rainy.The reception of Matias (the Dutch) was of the book, my wife wept from the excitement of seeing a home-sized hair dryer in an AMPLIO bathroom.The house was clean and tidy.The treatment was magnificent.

What to say about this place...everything perfect. Unique location, very quiet but a short walk from the village. The very cozy rooms with all the details (books, drinks, candles...) very pleasant, Pepa y Loli very pleasant, (you recommend the Pepa torrijas...rich!!) and Mónica, the massage therapist, what a wonderful!!! A relaxing massage that will charge you the batteries for the whole month. I visited the uncompanyed accommodation and it is perfect for resting and disconnecting, but I also recommend it for going as a couple, friends, family... I hope to repeat soon!

PERFECT is perfect.

We were there one night with breakfast. The site had very nice views. From there to the Sierra Nevada is 35 minutes.The owners were very friendly and welcoming with us.The room was medium-sized, and had good heating, plus there was a cafeteria for if you wanted to have tea, coffee, or chocolate.Without a doubt, the best thing, is the breakfast.In a dining room decorated in a rural way, and the heat of a fireplace, you serve homemade biscuits, toast, fresh jam, coffee juice, everything is very good and homemade. Price for everything.We charge under 5 euros for our dog per night.The only thing that would stick to the site would be the pond, because the road is not highway.

The rooms were very large and very clean and warm.The place is very quiet and beautiful, with beautiful views.The breakfast is homemade in a super cozy living room, and the attention of the owner is great.A place to repeat without a doubt.

The site is precious and the attention is fantastic.

Myself partner & 15 year old son stayed here for 4 nights beginning of August and we had a very relaxing time.

You need a car !!! It's up a mountain and walkable to a pub/ restaurant but that's about it, it's situated down a dirty track .

Continental breakfast no hot food and cakes for breakfast home made but not our thing but looked nice :) 
Lodgings hot as no Aircon....

main house separate from the Lodgings so cannot use the kitchen and the fridge in the rooms can only hold a few cans...that's the down side as being so remote  being able to make a sandwich would have been a bonus but fridge to small :( 

Pool not huge but good to dip in after a hot day in Granada which is a way away.

Views spectacular.

Not given much info regarding local towns ect by hosts when arriving which is a shame but Pipa English is limited so that maybe why. The local town shuts down for siesta and we struggled to find food in the day on the 1st day which led to a grumpy teenage son.

A lot of flys around which are annoying due to the nearby lake which you cannot swim in or kayak on.

Lots of farmers dogs live close which on a full moon do not stop barking all night & it feels like they are in your room with you ! Nothing the owners can do about that though.

Owners own dogs lovely and take camp in your room. 

But the views are the best thing and the seclusion of the property which we enjoyed :) 

Lost mountain retreat 

Spend one night here. Although hard to find, this hotel is a paradise in the middle of the Sierra Nevada. The rooms are great, the location includes a spetacular. Lots of friendly animals, and just as friendly hosts!!

Charming rural hotel

That country house is located on a mountain road hidden behind a closed entrance door. There is a lot of shade beneath the trees where cars can be parked. A chicken and a rooster singing to welcome them. The owner Pepa will explain everything that can be done in the region and in the room you will find a hiking map with different paths depending on your physical condition. Near the four rooms two horses are looking out. The gardens are well maintained by the owner. A very nice swimming pool is located between the rooms and the owner's house. Everything is very clean, a plate of cherries is placed in the room every day. The room and the living room are comfortable, enough space in the closet, coffee, and chocolate room available (free) and a small ice cream canopy where you can have a fresh drink. There is a free TV and a rich coffee table, and the main house is often made of charcoal.

A very nice country house at the foot of the Sierra Nevada.

Had a great stay for skiing in the Sierra Nevada with family. It's such a nice little spot in the most amazing scenery with views over the mountains. The couple running the place makes you feel right at home. They have very many animals and I'm sure kids will love that. Some of the dogs are huge though, but so friendly and fun. And the little one, Cherry, the cutest thing ever.  The breakfast is home made and delicious. I'd come back any time!

Such lovely hosts and beautiful property although a very muddy bumpy track to access.
Bedrooms are located in a converted stable block with a pretty garden area outside and each has its own chairs to admire the view.
We went to ski in the nearby Sierra Nevada but sadly the conditions were poor with little snow and the 45 minute journey to and from the ski station was a little far but would love to return in the warmer months. Granada is closer and very accessible on good roads.
The hosts Pepe and Pepa have built a fantastic home where breakfast is served and the food is lovingly prepared with a different selection of fruit,  pastries and meats each day.

There are pretty villages nearby with places to eat and when the weather is fine, plenty of good walking.

Poor wifi but the bar down the road allowed us to use theirs.

Amazing location

Excellent times spent at Casa Rural 3! Hospitals of great kindness and availability! perfect room! local breakfast with a different cake every morning! very relaxing place! not far from Granada and the Alhambra!
