Second time here, and already I can't wait to return! There literally is nothing they won't do here to ensure you have the most enjoyable holiday. The food is outstanding with more choice than you know what to do with, having themed nights every night, from Mexico to Asia and everywhere in between. Sometimes, that is the hardest part. Being too spoiled for choice! Mariano (restaurant manager) has such an amazing team who work tirelessly to serve, as do all the staff here. Antonio (bar manager) and his dream team are happy to wait on you from your sun lounger! Nothing is too much, with daily cocktails (fresh, not syrup mix) and lunch/snack offers. If there is anything you are dissatisfied with, the general manager is approachable and amenable and will do whatever possible (within reason) to accommodate your wishes. Cveti, who runs the children's club, is a beautiful soul who has such a fabulous rapport with all the guests, especially the children! I love this hotel, but it is definitely the staff that makes me want to keep coming back, they are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully clean. My single issue would be the shower tray. It is slippery and makes what should be a sensational experience feel like you are bambi on ice. This can be very easily rectified.
