Orbitz rated this property four start out of five. I think it deserves less. After reading all the reviews, I decided to cancel my reservation and was informed that there is a 30% cancellation fee. This is not even 24 hours after the booking. Any place not allowing you to cancel within 24 hours of booking will not get my business. I will not be using this property.

Booking issue with Rent Top Apartments

unfortunately not the flat that we saw on line but good size and comfortable for four, good location for the city, lots to do around it, all together a place I would go back, the prize is high for what they offer
the all building is for short renting so you miss a feeling to be near by local people

The quality of the materials used indicates a premature aging of some rooms and bathrooms Perfect exhibition very large terrace with very beautiful views ATTENTION Beyond the advertised room price plan a flat surplus of one hundred euros!!! Surprising

That's right.

We visited as a family of 4. The apartment had 2 bedrooms. Living area and fully equiped kitchen and a big balcony. The place was very clean. The most important thing is its great location. Its located at place catalonya and its right in the center. Very recommended apartment

Great apartment and location

The apartment in which we stayed in Rambla Catalunya 8, is extremely well located, almost everything can be walked to almost all the points of interest. Now, we did not expect to have to pay so many extras nothing more to get there, for cleaning and deposit of bail, which is not mentioned on the booking pages, plus the supplement for late check-in. I traveled with my daughters and we had to keep the 4 days suitcases on the floor and not be able to get the clothes out of them, since there were no closets or drawers, where we could accommodate our things.

Excellent skill, but the armour is nonexistent.

When we arrived in Barcelona, Rent Top Apartments we where greeted by an arrival agent.  We provided our booking confirmation that outlined bedding for 3 people (2xsingle bed and 1xsofa bed) and were taken to a room with 1xsofa bed and 1xdouble bed.  As I was travelling with friends it was unacceptable to expect us to share the double bed.  #Renttopapartments failed to acknowledge their error and did not provide any compensation for the error.  I have travelled across the globe and not had a lower level of service ever.  Stay clear of this company in and around Barcelona.

Did not provide the bedding configuration on the booking confirmation

If you want peace and quiet dont go there. 2 guys start 8 in the morning with hammer to take down a wall.
And 2 times people were coming to the apartment to look on the cealing. aparently the roof was leaking

Worst experience ever. 

No pool but the confirmation, homepage, hotels.com said that it was supposed to be included. When we arrived at 15.00 the apartment hadn't been cleaned.. at all. They said the cleaning would take another three or four hours.
The pictures on hotels.com are not from the same apartment. It's a scam.
The staff were not service minded at all. We called hotels.com and they were very helpful and booked another hotel close by.

Do not use this service if you want a nice vacation.

Horrible

Apartment with all the amenities: dishwashers, ovens of various types, washing machine and dryer, air-conditioned coffee machine, very bright and well furnished, impeccable cleanliness and efficient assistance on arrival.

Beautiful location.

Visited in March to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday - booked 2 rooms as there were 8 of us. Absolutely fantastic location close to metro, buses etc. The rooms were stunning - modern and spacious. The biggest room (top floor to the front of the building) had stunning views of the city from the balcony. The guy checking us in was prompt at meeting us and we were able to get in and drop our bags off and get started with our celebrations straight away wasting no time.  This was our 2nd visit to Barcelona within a few months and we absolutely love it! There is so much to do and using the tourist buses are a must - I would recommend getting a two day pass, using the first day to see and plan where to get off and explore the following day!  We will definitely be returning very soon!
