One of the accesses to this beach is via the metro (line 4 - Poblenou station). The waters are clear, the sand is gray and the sea has small waves. It has some beach bars. Before your arrival, you have the Poblenou Park.

Beautiful beach in Barcelona

Marbella is one of the best beaches of the city.
It is obviously crowded, but not as much as Barceloneta. Although the water is much clearer, the sand is just the same everywhere... bad one,dusty and let your feet dirty.
Most part of the beach is free. There are also a few chiringuitos where you can buy a beach chair or umbrella.

Lovely beach in Barcelona

The beach is clean, the sea is a little dirty, some seaweed and some sea debris. All in all, if you don't need too much, it's a beautiful beach. The sand is thick, it's not annoying and it doesn't stick. There are showers to wash before you leave.

Nice beach

The hotel has a very good location and a nice premises, and my room was very generously furnished with a separate bedroom, and I have always found the staff nice and comfortable, and the fact that there is no espresso in the Del Mar restaurant and the 10€ grappa is served in cans is unusual at prices in the upper segment, but it does not deteriorate the overall impression.

Super hotel right by the beach

We came from a 5* hotel in Sevilla and we thought we should adjust our expectations to this house.
Although it really worthed it and we where amazed by this place.
It is as if you are visiting friend's house and the house is incredible
The view of the mediterraneo is ashtonishing! The gallery of the house Xen style, leads you to Bali or someone else. You need to get there with car.
Great place, personalized attention and very beatiful place.

Great hotel experience

The room was very large and spacious but it was on the side of the highway so very noisy with the windows open. If they were closed, it didn't feel anything! Beautiful swimming pool with reception service, drawer and fabrics. But unfortunately the beach is reached by a hotel shuttle.

It's beautiful, but not on the beach and near the highway.

Great hotel, great service. It was worth it! I'd love to go back. For a spontaneous vacation with friends, I highly recommend it. We had fun on site. The service at the hotel was great. There were connections to computers. The telephone network for the Internet and cell phone was very weak. The design of the rooms is very appealing and functional. All in all, it was a very good vacation.

Read the other reviews - this Hotel with it's complex of buildings/rooms offers 100% service - service that is so lacking in so called "5-star" hotels. We enjoyed our stay and were very well looked after. What more can I say? Go try it!!
