B&B without any pretensions. In a strategic location to visit Barcelona, low costs and excellent free wifi. Don't expect a room and bathroom full of comfort, just the necessary strait. Bring your bathrobe from home. Breakfast is almost bad. Milk and whipped cream discounted.

Three stars only for position.

The B&B is not easy to find because there are no signs, in fact it's apartments that the managers rent. The private bathrooms are large and clean enough, with the kitchen aside in case you need one. The proximity to the ramp and the Olympic harbor are definitely the strengths. On the contrary, the owners charge you anything, from towels to even keeping your suitcases stationary for half a day in the structure. Ah, breakfast doesn't exist.

Great location, a little too high.

The hostel is located a short walk from the rambla and the Barceloneta district, surrounded by all amenities and close to the metro station.

Stay at the B&B Gabriel la Rambla

25 euros a night, near the sea, in the centre of Barça. Smart choice to save money. Very clean bathrooms, courteous staff. The rooms furnished with the minimum necessary. The only fault is that it is not true that there is breakfast. There is a kitchen available and nothing else. However, approved! ☺️

Ideal, strategic and economical

I spent four days with my wife, the very kind and open-minded girl, a very large accommodation with kitchen, two bathrooms and bedrooms, obviously you have your own room and you can use other services, old accommodation, rooms are fresh and cheap.

Holidays

I am shocked, I made a reservation on 16/02/2014 for two nights from 21/02 to 23/02 on hotels.com at the Hotel Bed & Breakfast Gabriel La Rambla, I received an email cancelling my reservation on 18/02, so I called customer service to understand the reason for the cancellation especially since I had planned everything for our departure.. the reason was because you are Arab, and the hotel cancels all reservations of Arabs it is horrible and it is outrageous!!! It is really serious, and it is an act of discrimination!

A Racist Act

Very bad memory we don't even spend a night in these rooms, despite a reservation of 3 days part on the air, unsanitary rooms of cockroaches everywhere rooms badly lit bcp noises in the evening and if you arrive late no one opens you and if so you are very poorly received advises strongly.

The scam is already on the word hotel because it's not true

To point out that we are usually a very tolerant couple of tourists on the benefits... 1) Arriving on site, very difficult to find the hotel because it is not indicated on the building. 2) Who is Gabriel? We have never seen him, after knocking on all the doors, a welcome by a woman who does not speak English 3) Unjustified additional taxes 4) A small, very small, windowless room, with a very poor quality bed, a ventilator as an air conditioner, very noisy and that breaks warm air... Insured insomnia... 5) For the end, an improvised toilet in douche... A wooden plank laid on the floor, a dirty cool to not move the kitchen, a closed door, with a very poor quality bed, a ventilator as a night air conditioner, very noisy and that drinks warm air... The house that drives you crazy

I spent 3 nights in this B&B from 24 to 27 May, it is very well located just a few steps from the ramblas and the carrer d'avinyo. A noisy and very festive neighborhood, not disturbing when you go there with friends and go to bed late. We were entitled to a very spacious room with a strong chest, mini fridge, TV and heating. The mattress was convenient, the common parts (bathroom and kitchen) were always clean. The breakfast is very basic (corn and biscuits) so we made our own purchases. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. Very good quality price, we will definitely return to it.

At the top

For a guest room in an ultra-tourist area, no one speaks English. No address is given. Shy home. Surprise: shared bathroom. We lock fine between rooms. Changing rooms without notice. Noise at night but we don't care! Breakfast = big joke!! Strategically placed for day and night outings. The must: CAFARDS!!
