What was bad
Neighbours who were smoking cannabis, which smell spread everywhere.
Contacting to the customer service did not solve the problem
The person came in the room and concluded that it doesn’t smell at all.
When I booked the apartment I put in the comments that I need a strictly non smoking accommodation. I was not notified that it is allowed to smoke in the apartment building. I suppose such important things should be shared in
