Overall our stay here was good and all the good reviews that i have read before booking this place were all true. Kevin and Sean were such a great help to us from showing us to the palaces which is just a walking distance from the hostel, letting us borrow a pocket wifi with a refundable bond money, arranging our service in going to the airport...the place smells good and is kept clean by the nice young lady. The place may be small but very homey and welcoming. It is a very good location where there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The two fats cats are adorable. We just had hard time finding the place but still good for the price is reasonable enough.

Homey...

Location is excellent because it is located to many local restaurants outside the hostel. Our room was just enough for 2 persons. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay and staff was very friendly. If you are on budget, this a perfect place for you!

Worth the Price

We had a very nice stay, rooms are clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly, you can let your luggage for the day. Perfect location to visit Seoul, close to subway, restaurants and landmarks. I recommend, perfect place !

Great hostel, perfect location !

Small but clean ! Nice smell 

Nice Location near subway : Jongno3 (sam) ga exit 4 or 6. And many restaurants around 

Locate in Downtown, you can walk to Insadong , GyeongBokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Hanok bucheon village,...etc


Korea Calling (Again & Again)

The hostel was located in a small alley in a residential area with a lot of local restaurants serving good Korean dishes surrounded, and was only 3 minutes from subway station. The room was small but well equipped with private bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again in my next trip to Seoul!

Small but cozy room

More youth hostel than hotel. Very small room. Basic lunch. Owner speaks English, very helpful but often absent. Excellent location 100 m from metro exit 6. Many restaurants and bars around. Very good quality price ratio

Well placed.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with AC which was key during our stay. We came in late but did not have trouble coming in and getting into our rooms. The location is ideal and close to very nice walking areas. Overall this hostel is a great value deal! Thanks!

Perfect location

One of the cheaper options in Seoul- hard one to review as obviously we know that you get what you pay for. 
The great thing is the location as everyone comments on - it is in walking distance of many great sights plus right on a stop which has 3 lines.
We were in a private double (room 103) with private bathroom for 5 nights. The good:The room was very basic but clean.  You did get a tv with a couple of English channels, a decent shower in terms of heat and water pressure. WiFi was good. Building security - accessible by key code, had no issues at all.

The bad: the window isn’t a window which allows views or much light in. These should probably really be described as windowless rooms. The smells that do permeate through the non window however range from sewerage to food. The noise levels are terrible: there is a very loud karaoke club nearby which you can hear very well and it appears to be open until the early hours of the morning. Of our five nights there we had one decent nights sleep, and I think this may be the night the club is closed. We wore earplugs every night. Breakfast was hit and miss, the weekend days it was busy, there are 4 seats, one of which is right by the toaster. It makes for some difficulty and manouvering about then ultimately having nowhere to eat. Weekdays were fine in terms of having somewhere to sit and use of the kitchen but not much restocking went on, when we went up there there was often nothing left in terms of milk/cereal/butter and nobody around to ask. Also many fellow travelers fail to do their own washing up but this certainly isn’t the hostels fault.

The main three things for us as travellers for a hostel is cleanliness, location and sleep quality. Unfortunately the sleep quality here would mean we wouldn’t stay again. 

Noisy stay 

Small room for three but very clean, very helpful and kind staff, very good location: metro 100m, historical sites 1km walk away, neighborhood with lots of restaurants and tea room. Perfect for a solo stay or with friends

Good value for money

I searched the internet and I found excellent reviews on this structure and that's why I booked it. They gave me a room near the main entrance so noisy. The room was tiny (in Seoul it's normal anyway) and the bed and pillows were as hard as cement.
