There was no one at the reception when we arrive. We waited for more than 30 minutes before someone came. Some of the plugs in the room were not working. The shower and basin taps are not marked hot or cold. Some of the windows were not closing well. 

Bad Accomodation Operation

Place was close to my work site at the mall. Staff was helpful, they allowed me to check in late. Room was very nice and clean. Wifi was fast so I could do my work while at the B&B. I recommend to all business travelers

it was really not a pleasant stay. 

it was the worse experience .. no value for money

My stay at this venue highlighted that they've been affected negatively by Covid, but the "guest" seems to pay for this. Sadly full payment was taken, but no consideration for even a partial refund for a room and venue that was far from ready for a guest.

Not ready for guests after Covid

This was terrible, Our room was already booked, although we book and pay in advance.The owner took more than 1 hour to arrive to the B&B. He gave us so many unreal explanation, at the end she give us a room in another B&B, which cost less that we pay.Not recommended at all.

Can not complain with the welcoming service, we could decide which room we want. the bed was very comfortable, a few things broken in the room though. the following morning was a BIG disappointment, we went for breakfast and they did not know about us, they said we could wait for them to prepare breakfast but this could take a while, alternatively the will refund us R200 for breakfast. we are still awaiting the refund?!? the inconvenience to look for a breakfast place in a  town you dont know took time and no refund or communication as being received.

Poor Service

Ever stayed at a B&B that, from when you arrive, all you want to do is get away? Well this one is for you! Arrive at approx 15.30h. No person @ reception. Cleaner tries to assist. Owner does not respond to phone calls. Eventually she arrives an unapologetic sets about allocating rooms. PROBLEM. Rooms not prepared. Given room D. No key and no electricity. Taken to and given second room in "family cottage". PROBLEM. No key, no towels, no soap, tv not working. If we had known we would not have pre paid for this. A classic example of deception thru media. Never again for ANY staff member and i suggest to rather sleep/ stay with the Impalas down the road in Kruger.

Deception through Media

Everything was perfect. Super idyllic location, very friendly hosts, who welcomed us with great hospitalily. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. It was thoughtfully decorated. We stayed there on our way to Kruger Park and it was a great location. The gate/ entrance to the Park is 5 min away from the Hotel and the property is guarded by security. We would definitely stay there again.

I was not impressed at all, the B&B did not look like the photos. We arrived on Christmas day, the lady who met got our booking mixed up, wanted to give a family of 4, 4 rooms, we found that we had our credit card had been deducted where it specifically said we will only be charged on arrival. We got hold of Nomsa, who said she would arrange alternative accommodation as we were under the impressed there was a pool, and in 42 degree weather, was very important. She didn't get back to us, we found alternative accommodation in the meantime. Eventually after about 2 hours she called us and was extremely rude and hung up.
