Our Reception closes at 05:00 PM. Guests arriving later than 05:00 PM on their day of arrival have to make prior arrangements with us and will pay an after hour fee directly to the staff member who will be waiting. The after hour fees are as follows: Arrival between 06:00 PM and 07:00 PM: ZAR 100, Arrival between 07:00 PM and 08:00 PM: ZAR 150. Arrival between 08:00 PM and 09:00 PM: ZAR 200. After 10:00 PM, we will not open for any Guests and no refunds will be given. This is applicable in all cases with no exception. |
