I did choose this hotel because there is a sauna and gym according to their homepage. Neither the sauna nor the gym was open during the 4 nights a stayed at this hotel. They could write on their homepage that it is closed.

No sauna no gym

The reason for our visit was an invitation to a friend's birthday party. Friendly service, a nice and sufficient buffet, clean and cozy atmosphere. Right next to a beautiful green park.

Well-organized buffet party

We were in Slovakia for business and on our visit we stayed at HOTEL KASTIEL.

We're very excited.

I was with my family in this hotel, so nice and Big rooms. Breakfast is so much and clean. Resepsiyon is so familiar with us. Lunch and dinner are clean and aktive. Hospitality is so high. All workers are so friendly.

So nice rooms

We've already tried all the options in Topolcany: quiet countryside, big rooms, yard parking, nice employees. The hotel is next to a very nice park.

We're only sleeping in this hotel.

Hotel room very large and clean reception staff speaks English and German Restaurant adjacent to the hotel with Slovak cuisine excellent cuisine for a few dishes try the restaurant staff not paying attention to the demands... bad note after a working day you can't make appetizers with snacks or potatoes... you have to order the dishes at the restaurant or buy the potatoes at the reception

Very quiet hotel near a nice park

There are mainly two good Hotels in topolcany. The kastiel offers the bigger rooms, multiple international TV programs, wired internet access, a restaurant and a small sauna. 
It is always a good place to be even if it is nothing special.
Restaurant is acceptable but there are better restaurants in the city
They need to work a bit on being friendly but it is acceptable 
Recommendation ? Yes

Good business Hotel with a good Room size

Very nice and spacious restaurant, the dishes are well presented very courteous service and arranged. You can eat outdoors with BCP games for children, convenient parking. Good address. We haven't stayed at the hotel but outdoors it is very good.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant, which is very good, the dishes are well served and delicious.

I really enjoyed the restaurant open all day.Slovak cuisine but also other specialties.Maybe the second meats are a little too tasty but still good.

It's a great hotel, the restaurant too.

The hotel seems to be very new, the rooms are oversized. The restaurant in the hotel offers very good food at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is also fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they also speak German or English.
