Good concept! But not everything works properly. The internet does not work in the apartments. The internet in the pool does not work. The water is cold in the pool. The Jacuzzi upstairs is out of order. Still a nice place to relax. The rooms are clean. The staff at the reception is very friendly! This hotel needs good management.

Great place to stay. The apartments are clean, functional. The staff is very friendly. The spa is large, beautiful, with lots of amenities. The water in the pool is warm. The price is very fair. I recommend.

Very good resort

First of all - this is not a hotel or anything similar. Apartments are obviously private and owners are renting them via this brand Zlatiborski Konaci.
We booked superior one bedroom apartment. OMG! Nothing was superior there. Everything inside was cheapest possible and without any taste. Also, dirty, tired, old, used... 
Apartment was ridiculously small and bed was also smaller then normal double bed. Very much used and uncomfortable. Terrible sleeping. 
If it's snow outside you might have trouble to drive from lower apartments toward reception and the street. If we can call it a street. 
On the bill at the end you see that around 40% of the price goes to the owner of the apartment. The rest goes to this "resort". 40% is actually real price for a place like this. But, I would not go there again even if it's for free.

Poor apartments, not very good location

I dont have enough words to explain how much I enjoyed last few days - Zlatiborski Konaci is perfect match of peace on Earth, relaxation and great coffee. 
I am regularly visiting Zlatibor since I was a child and I never enjoyed so much.
We had great small apartment (1 bedroom and dining room), located very close to spa, pool and restaurant. Apartment is perfectly furnished, regularly maintained and equipped with cool toys for kids - ball, badminton, jumping rope, monopoly and similar games. Kitchen was also completely equipped and everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, no matter if is king bed in bedroom or huge sofa in living-room.  
People working in complex (reception, spa, restaurant, cleaning, serving....), everyone were great!!!! Helpful, welcoming, great hospitality, smiling,.... whatever we needed they met our needs. 
Spa was good (in our case more interesting for kids than for adults) but good pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. For us was more interesting spa terrace with great sunbeds. There was no sound except the sound of wind :) They serve excellent espresso (from the Vendome restaurant) and everyone are more than polite.
We needed 15" of walking to the lake which, for us, was great. On the way to the lake (center) you can see beautiful houses and gardens and we were really enjoying discovering new routes.
Everything around and about Zlatiborski Konaci was perfect for us! No way that I will ever miss it and cant wait new chance to enjoy this Zlatibor perfection.

Perfect spot to relax

We stayed there during January 2019. It was reasonably good apartment, nothing too fancy, but neither too simple. It will take you 30 min walk to the town centre.
The apartments are from the center of Zlatibor 1640m. Spa and cafe was good.
The temperature in the pools is insufficient.
Less than 28 degrees.. parking was no good.The apartment complex has 400 apartments and only 100 parking spaces.
 Advice: Avoid

No good place to stay

It's quiet, it's a big private area, it's a parking lot, it's a lot of flats, it's got a restaurant, a spa area, a playground, a daily room service.

A great place for family vacation

The resort is on the beautiful place on the outskirts of the town with a very beautiful nature around. It was planned to be nicely organized, however  our expectations were higher regarding the prize. It was very noisy since major construction site was all around. The room was not so clean, especially the sofa which had old stains. Equipment in the bathroom was sparse as well -it was difficult to put a soap somewhere when having a bath. The double bad (at least it was described as such) was too small for 2 people. But the spa and pool compensate for all.

Away from the crowded center

You should not put lots of expectations when booking these apartments. Rooms lack the essentials (we had only one soap) not even a kettle. Not all beds were furnished. Not clean. Far from town. Far from reception,not even inter-phones to connect. Advice: Avoid

Nice from outside terrible from inside

We stayed there during February 2017. It was reasonably good apartment, nothing too fancy, but neither too simple. It will take you 20 min walk to the town centre. Spa and cafe was good, parking was ok, children playground area inside was reasonable.  Overall it was average, it is little bit too price for quality.
