Vila is situated in the center of Vrnjacka Banja among two major hotel complex -Fontana and Merkur. When you reach it for the first time navigation can't help much but host is willing to help to find the right way.
The whole building is new and apartments have what you need for short stay. Towels are being changed each day. 
There is no restoran but in the basement is construction area so probably it would be finish soon.
Room tips: Pick the room opposite of hotel Fontana which is under construction.
General impression: Cleaning and maintaining of the whole object should be improved to attract more demanding guests and to justify 4 stars (local categorisation).

Well positioned

The hotel is located in the center of Vrnjacka Banja in an ideal starting position. The building complex is located in the second row withdrawn only 5 minutes' walk from the main promenade. There is a small driveway that leads directly to the entrance. The car park is only accessible by a barrier. There are so-called studios and apartments. I had booked a studio and was very satisfied! Modern furniture, French bed, TV, heating, air conditioning. There is a small bar with studio space, sink and refrigerator. The bathroom is very large, very spacious, you can get a lot more water through a few minutes, so you can not book a few minutes of water, so you can have a bathroom in the middle of the city. There are so-called studios and apartments. I had booked a studio and was very satisfied! The hotel has a modern furniture, TV, heating, air conditioning. There is a small bar with a kitchen, sink and refrigerator. The bathroom is very large, very spacious, you can get a lot more water through a few minutes, but you can get a little water through

Perfect location

We booked a two nights at this place and we did good. Perfectly clear place with nice apartments, completely equipped with all you need...good wifi signal, cable TV,  quality heating and AC...parking lot.
Located in the very centre of Vrnjacka Banja, near to the hotel Merkur. Friendly staff.

Great place and location 

We stayed here with my husband and a small child (11 months) in late August - September 2016 in two-room apartments on the second floor. Everything was clean, the repair and the furniture was new, the staff and the owner were very pleasant and responsive. We had a children's bed, the chair could be left on the 1st floor. The room has a kitchen area, you can cook yourself (in the hotel there is no breakfast). There is a large enough living room, a large TV (there is one Russian-language channel). We had a balcony with a nice view, as well as a table and chairs, we liked to sit in front of the reception with a cup of tea or a set of fruits.

I really liked it.

I've spent a lot of time searching for quality and for a reasonable price and found in booking reviews that this is the kind of housing that justifies all the quality. The rooms are new like a great 4* hotel, there are two types of rooms, the studio is like a spacious room in a hotel with a mini kitchen, and the second type of room is the bedroom + living room + kitchen.

It's better not in the bathtub.

We stayed in this villa from 1 to 6.06.15, very much liked it.We bought apartments - clean, everything new, the hotel is only 2 years old),modern.There is a mini kitchen, minibar - empty, by the way we need it exactly empty, and we were able to fill it.We really liked the bar stand. The apartments consist of 2 bedrooms and a living room with mini kitchen.Everything is as in the photo.There is a small hallway and a combined sanctuary:soul cabin and... -all as in the photo.
