Over the last three years, I have stayed at this place, during my business trips. It's located near the city centre, rooms are well-equipped and cosy. Cleanliness is always on the highest level. The most important of all is that it feels like home. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
In case I visit Nis again, I will definitely stay here.

Perfect place to stay!

After staying in this "hotel" we were very disappointing. There was always some complications with them. We  had to pay more then the offer was and the biggest fail on the end was, when they forgot to gave us our passports. Which we couldn't forgive and for all this complications our overall experience is terrible. So be careful with them.

Brief experience with them:
We have send request for two families for 7 and we confirmed offer for 93€ with breakfast, they have also noted, they have safe parking place. 
When we arrived they only had one parking place (public, on the street) and the second was payable(also on the street). They assured us, they will make payment for parking place, and we will then pay to them. But the next morning there was parking ticket on the car. They said they will pay this ticket for us and we just can hope they really did.
Another problem, was the rooms, they have put one family into the room with two beds with extra bed (2 adults + child), and another family (2 adults, child and baby) to the room with only one queen size bed. At the beginning they were totally ignorant, when we were deciding if we should leave and find sleep somewhere else, they said they will solve the problem and they will put extra bed in this room. 
Just to mention, the rooms were very small, with extra bed, you couldn't walk around the bed. All night we were listening for air conditioning unit outside of the building and receptionist was talking on the other side of the out window, late in the night.
Next morning we were charged 120€. Explanation was, that extra bad and one parking place was additional charged. Of course  payment machine didn't work, we had to pay with cache (EUR). Good opportunity to peel the tourists with currency conversion. Another interesting thing was, that on invoice the value was 115€ (we payed 120€), but explanation from receptionist was unclear (something with currency conversion).
And then the grande finale. After we left, full of bad impressions, but willing to forgive them all this complications, the receptionist forgot to gave us back out passports. I know it's our fault too, we should remember to ask for them, but every serious hotel (and real receptionist) will gave you back your passports together with invoice. Unfortunately, we noticed  lack of passports, when we were already 250km away. On the phone they were totally ignorant (the only solution from them was, to send passports with post - it could takes 2 days) so the only thing was to go back. Those day we drove additional 500 km and they didn't event apologize !  
So after all this, I think terrible grade is fair rating from me. 
No matter what, Niš is very beautiful city, we will return for sure, but for sure not in this hotel!

Unorganized hotel, be careful!

Clean and comfortable. Rooms newly refurbished. It is difficult to find because there is no street name in the address. Navigation couldn't find it and we used google maps. Rooms and location located at the second floor and it is not suitable for disabled people. Lady in the reception was very helpful and can speak English perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was not bad. Wifi is okay. Reception closes late night and if you arrive after midnight you may not go in. During check in they give you remote control and you can open main door. There is parking places on the street and 1 place reserved for hotel. We arrived by motorbike and parked them in the yard side of the place after a big locked rood. It was safe for our bikes. They do not have restaurant and offer breakfast at a cafe right opposite corner. Breakfast was okay.

Cozy pension

I would highly recommend staying at this B&B which is a short walk from the main street in Nis. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean and there was a range of options available at breakfast, served at a restaurant about a 2 min walk around the corner.

Hidden Gem in Central Nis

During the final weekend in February I had to visit Niš briefly for business reasons and my business friends recommended Krevet & Dorucak (= Bed & Breakfast) to stay. After a cheap taxi ride (ca. 4 euro’s) from the tiniest airport ever, I arrived after 15 mins at K&D. 
From the first moment it appeared to be an excellent choice. The staff was extremely friendly (speaking superb English!!) and the price was more than excellent compared to the spaciousness and cleanness of the room and bathroom. There was also enough storage space and the free WiFi functioned well. 
The location of K&D is perfect: right in the (small) center of Niš, close to bars, restaurants and traditional kafana’s. In one of the restaurants, around the corner (about 75 meters from K&D), the (great) breakfast of K&D is served.
Two remarks: a curtain for the shower would be great and since the entrance can only reached by a staircase, K&D is not suited for disabled people.
But all by all, a superb location with value for money to the max and many thanks to Sanya and Marija for the great service!! Next time I visit Niš I will stay in the K&D again. That is for sure.

A superb B&B location with value for money to the max

We were in Nis for the Nisville jazz festival and stayed at this very comfortable hotel. Ironically, the literal translation of the hotel name is bed and breakfast while the hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable. Considering the price per night, I can only say that this hotel offers excellent value for money. Location is very central, which means you do hear the nightlife of Nis. Hotel is quite small, staff quite friendly. Happy to recommend staying here.
