This mini-hotel is located in one of the alleys 100 meters from the main pedestrian street of Prince Michael. Therefore, I recommend it to those who want to be in the epicenter of city life. The spacious room with a high ceiling with three windows is advantageously different from the usual standard rooms of most hotels. Despite my awkwardness - I did not confirm the hotel booking in time, the staff treated me kindly and amicably. In any case, the evening and night I spent in this hotel will be remembered for a long time due to the unusual interior environment.

My sister and I had to find a new place after just one night, as the hotel was shabby (most windows couldn’t be opened, curtains were broken, the shower falling apart), the owner not available in person and super rude on the phone (not helpful at all and hung up on us) and most things offered online simply not available. The location is central and really good and the rooms spacious but other than that it’s very disappointing.

Very unpleasant, not recommended

I have been staying at this hotel every time I visit Belgrade and I have never resented my choice. The rooms are enormous, like regular apartments and facing the main street which is very quiet, right in the middle of the pedestrian centre. Don't expect much on the furniture side which is a bit haphazard and kitsch  but this was the least of my concerns. Mind you that there is not a regular reception and you only find a person there when they expect you to check in or check out (and some times during the morning hours but not regularly. 

This is a very honest establishment, it offers exactly what is mentioned in the description, the price is exceptionally fair and is situated at the very centre of Belgrade. 

Right in the heart of the historic centre

Extremely spacious apartment right next to Knez Mihaila. Two bedrooms and enormous bathroom/shower. Antique style furniture and friendly staff. Very professional airport transfer and breakfast served in the room.
True value for money

Spacious app at the center of the city.

I've stayed in this hotel in November 2016. Perfect location - in the center, on a pedestrian street, 5 minutes walk from the Kalemegdan fortress, all the sights and museums close by. Only some steps to the Knez Michail street.

Huge rooms with high ceilings, comfortable bed in blue Studio has its own small balcony. The room has a small refrigerator. 
 
There are are many cafes and restaurants for any taste and budget just near the hotel, several grocery stores also. 

The only drawback is loud music late in the evening from the bar under the window, but I've read about it before and was ready. I advise you to take ear plugs or join in the fun (which I did). Keep in mind that the building has no elevator.

Interesting hotel in the centre

Not, rather a 1* pension:
- No heating. In our first night (in late December's -9 celcius) we could only rely on bed sleeves, since we had a 55m2 room covered with just one electric stove. Neither could we identify any signs of heat in the bathroom, a perfect ecosystem for penguins 
- No room service. Or maybe yes, but the dust we saw in most furniture on day one was still there when we left. It was plain hilarious when we discovered that they had mixed the little shower gel left in the bottle with water. Dutch owners maybe? 
- No maintenance. Light bulbs missing in all lamps (also in the one that worked), all curtains broken, mattress kaputt in the mitte .. they even punished my wife with no bed light -I was fast enough to take the right side of the bed for extra reading time 
- No reception. If you scream for help down the stairs you'll probably get a distant echo. Someone shows eventually when you call for any issues; get yourself a good roaming plan 
- No breakfast. Unusual for a hotel. Fact is that there is no food or drink at all; minibars must be a mad 20th century futuristic invention 
- But all prepay. First minute we got in we were already paying our 3 nights; the young lady charging our credit card and getting outta there was understandably fast and efficient 

4* Hotel, hohoho

Very spacious apartments in the very center of town. Clean, large apartment spaces. There is a balcony from which you can get a beautiful view. Cafes and restaurants are down the street. But in the evenings it's not loud. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and clean. The price was very reasonable. I found a grocery store right next door. Overall, it was a very positive feeling to visit this place.
