This was a brilliant hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The living area was also pretty big with somewhat of a decent view outside and had comfortable sofas. It was 100% cozy.

The bathrooms and kitchen were also very clean and the water pressure was very good. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including a small table with 4 chairs.

Their is parking outside and around the building but it is pretty limited. The location is very good, with a panda and multiple shops all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Overall, this was an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely wouldn't mind coming back.

Underpromised and overdelivered!

Stayed there for 4 days. Just a Nice place to stay in Taif for family. We stayed there as transit, we visited places around Taif, Al Baha etc and came back to the hotel for the night, hence nothing special & nothing to complaint. 

It took more time for us to check-in.

Be careful. Many of the amenities that are listed, like cookware are not included. (The robes and slippers were not as well - but we didn’t care about that) during our 5 day stay there wasn’t any cleaning nor changing of towels - again something that was listed that was not an amenity.

Good location accessible to many facilities but the hospitality wss not that good and had to request for housekeeping very day.

The room is comfortable and clean. I enjoyed with my family a delicios breakfast.  If I go again to Taif , I will choose the same Hotel.

The hotel located in a unique area where you can easily communicate Mikka via Hada whereas in the way you see the most wonderful beautiful mountains and people feeding monkeys. Our rooms were big but need improvement or renovations particularly the bathroom. Room service also needs to be more productive and quick in serving the rooms because on the second day our rooms weren't clean. The hotel was 4 stars but I will rate it 3 because of the lack of facilities. The receptionist is often busy on mobiles rather than swiftly attending to customers request. The hotel needs a concierge desk to ensure guests have everything they need during their hotel stay. Buffet breakfast and furniture also need improvements. 

Performing Umrah & visiting Taif

Nice four star hotel with good breakfast, close to shopping mall and restaurants.

This hotel was very close to restaurants, taxis and shopping malls.

The hotel location was absolutely unique which located in the central of Ta if and finest hospitality service which meet four star international standards and norms high level coordination and food beverages services was excellent
