I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel, service is topnotch, rooms are very clean and big, and workers converse in english 😅 isn’t that great, try Hibatullah and thank me later, such a comfortable space very quiet and peaceful Alhamdulilah

An absolutely lovely hotel, very modern, new hotel which means furniture are all clean and new. Walking distance to the haram just 10 min, hotel bus is useful, however I wish he can do more trips to the haram. Customer service is brilliant, A special thank you to Mr Ali who was very helpful and passionate to satisfy the client. I booked a city view room and Mr Ali allocated me and my friend to an empty room the following day.
Looking forward to spend another 5 days in this hotel and hopefully catering and food will be serviced by then.

A well deserved spiritual holiday

Nice hotel pleasant rooms not a very good view from the windows, hot water is not enough in the electric heater reservoir ,can't find easily the room service or room keepers , in spite being close to the haram but its not easy for elders to go to the haram because of the high ramp , any way it is a good stay for hajj or umrah

Nice stay but some minor inconvenience 

Here is come: 
we checked in at 3am - they gave us the top floor when we arrived the door was opened and the shower has fruit flies. 
The shower floated alot.
We checked out and returned after median and they gave us a room on the second floor wow there was a different CLEAN, NO FLIES. I was gutted i didnt ask them for a different room when i first came to makkah as i assumed all the rooms had flies.
If they do give you a room and the door is opened its properly a crappy room with fruit flies which you will get if your  checking in around 3am. 

Overall, the second time we check-in it was spotless, comforttable. 
The walk to kabaa is 10minutes there is a hill but if you turn right and pass a hotel (cant remeber what its called)but you will see the hotel and see people walking towards that way just follow them.
Honestly you will not have any issues walking there, its close, it takes yo near gate 78 or 80. you wont get lost, and you will get use to the different gates. 


Easy walk, rooms depend on what time you check in

Overall good hotel on budget. Around 700 m from Haram but its bottom of mountain so you will go uphill which is exhausting. 
Breakfast served by hotel is not versatile ( no omelette,  fried egg, bread, continental, or pakistani option. 
Yahya is amazing staff member in coffee shop, Ice cap latte made by him was better than Starbucks and Tim Hortons. 
Even if you are staying elsewhere, come for his ice cap latte, you onto regret it .

We stayed here whilst visiting Makkah and performing the umrah. The hotel is clean and has had a refurb. The room service is done when you ask for it to be done. We had no keys made until the last day! The best was the shuttle service as we thought we had to walk to the Haram and we did sometimes. Haram is 10 minutes walk as you’re on a hill. Was cheap and cheerful.

Hillside hotel 

Good value for the price
Pros: spacious room, accommodating reception staff
Cons: wifi not working in room,  overall clean despite few dirty spots in room, 

the way to haram is not far but steep hill up and down both ways. Not suitable for peope with compromised mobility.  15, 20min walk to haram gate, goes thru busy roads.
breakfast was a disaster,  cold bread cheese and olives, dont go for it. had coffee in lobby cafe
You can use hotel as dorm , spend day in haram ,eat in nearby restaurants
