What was good

The location is in the center, at the intersection of Italian and Caravan streets, near the banks of the Fontanka River, where the advantages of these apartments end. Right at the entrance you will expect the aroma of a Caucasian cuisine restaurant and an Indian salon, which create a unique blend and do not vent because the apartments are on the 1st floor and the windows go out into the courtyard.

What was bad

The most terrible thing that awaited us in the room was the combination of the smells of the Caucasian kitchen and the Indian establishment, the smell was coming from open windows and filled the whole apartment, including the bedroom. We did not tolerate such strong smells, to our wish to return the money the landlord made us an offer that she thought was difficult to refuse: to move to similar apartments upstairs, to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner (although the autumn in Sprat this half year turned out to be warm, some of the knives were even very frosty). Not to say that it was very dirty, but the price of one of the rental apartments at the time of the meeting could not have been more reasonable. In the beginning, we found the fact that we were living in the house, but we were writing a letter of resignation, but we were not going to be able to transfer the money to the owner of the house, although we would have been able to understand that it was a very bad thing to do, and we would not have to pay the renters at the time of the meeting.
