In the period from June 01 to September 30 and from December 30 to January 07, a prepaid tariff is valid.
For group bookings of more than 2 rooms, a non-refundable prepaid rate applies. The conditions specified in the voucher are valid only for a single booking.
At the end of the booking process, a representative of the accommodation will contact you and provide information about the amount and methods of prepayment. The prepayment is not refundable.
To be able to use the pool, you need to purchase tickets for an additional fee at the reception or at the place of service.
The summer pool is located at the address Chernomorskaya str., house 14. Opening hours: Mon.-Sun. - from 08.00 AM - 07.00 PM.
The all-season swimming pool is located at 3 Chernomorskaya Street. Pool opening hours: Mon. – from 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tue.– Sun. from 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM.
The resort fee is charged from 01.01.2022 from each guest in cash in the amount of RUB 50.00 for each day, not counting the day of arrival. Does not apply to persons who have a place of residence in this region.
Dogs up to 10 kg can be accommodated at the hotel for an additional fee. The amount of payment must be specified at the hotel.
The cost of living includes the use of the Circus beach when booking a room for 2 persons at a cost of RUB 7000.00 per night without breakfast.
If the booking price is below RUB 7000.00 per day for 2 persons, without breakfast, the use of the Circus beach is subject to an additional fee.
You can buy tickets to the beach at the reception or at the place where services are provided.
