Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When booking for 1 day, an additional fee is charged: RUB 700.00.
It is obligatory to identify the guest by passport and transfer a refundable deposit before check-in. The deposit is refundable upon check-out after the apartment has been cleaned, subject to the rules of residence.
