Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Room prices are for single and double occupancy only. Extra guests will be charged separately.
In Deluxe rooms, the room size can vary from 18 sq.m to 22 sq.m.
Breakfast for children under 5 is free of charge. Children from 6 to 11 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast. For children over 12 years old, breakfast is charged in full. The total cost of breakfast per person is 2500 rubles.
According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
When staying with animals, the guest will be charged a deposit of RUB 15000.00. Upon departure, RUB 10000.00 are returned to guests, but RUB 5000.00 are not returned — they are kept for cleaning the room. |

What was bad
Bathroom isn’t fresh and needs renovation. The shower head is not attached, everything is broken. The water pressure is terrible, hot water arrives after 5 minutes.
