Reception person was totally great and very helpful. Proximity to the subway and railroad station is a major plus.
What was bad
It was quite tricky to find the entrance to the hotel - it desperately needs a label or two. Had to call to the reception. Whereas the service was great and everything was clean, I'd suggest washing/replacing sitting pillows in the common area/by the TV, as those look old.
