Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Cleaning is paid additionally 1500.00 RUB per day per room.
Remote check-in. The guest arrives and settles himself, without meeting with the owner. The departure of the guest also takes place without the participation of the host. There is a keybox near the door. The guest arrives at the apartment and enters the code for the keybox, which contains the key (the code is sent to the guest in advance after paying for the reservation at the booking site). The keybox opens, the guest takes the key and enters the apartment. When leaving, he simply closes the door and puts the key back.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after the acceptance of the apartment by the maid. In case of violation of the rules of residence, or damage to property, the deposit can be withheld.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke any kind of cigarettes in the apartments, the fire alarm may go off.
It is not allowed to stay more than the number of guests than indicated at the time of booking (there is video surveillance in the common area of the house)
Noisy events are prohibited. It is not allowed to make noise during the established quiet hours - from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM. |
