When booking a room after 04:00 PM with a check-in on the same day, the guest must first contact the hotel, in case of no prepayment and no arrival before 04:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled.

If the guest indicates an invalid phone number when booking, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in, check-in is possible only if there are free rooms.

Check-in for reservations is carried out from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM, after 04:00 PM prices may vary depending on the demand for the room.

Refund of the paid reservation is made no later than 12:00 on the day preceding the day of departure.

The cost of registration of foreign citizens is RUB 400.00 per person.

Parties are not allowed on site.

The hotel is open around the clock.

Only one child under the age of 3 stays free of charge without extra bed and towels. Accommodation with two minor children (bed provided) surcharge RUB 1200.00 per day. The third and subsequent child (a bed is provided if it is available in the room) surcharge RUB 800.00 per day.

For separate accommodation in a double room, an additional fee for a sofa in the amount of RUB 800.00 is charged.

Pets are allowed with a shipping container. The cost of placing one animal is RUB 1000.00 per day, the cost of placing a second and subsequent animal is RUB 500.00 per day.

Smoking in the room will incur a fine of RUB 3000.00.

Reception and parties are prohibited.

Payment at the hotel is accepted only through online transfer, QR code, or in cash.
