28 Hotel is located at an altitude of 1100 m on the territory of the Mountain Olympic Village of Rosa Khutor resort. Free parking is available within walking distance from the hotel. There is free parking for cars at the entrance to the Olympic Mountain Village (in front of the checkpoint), hotel guests can park their car in this parking lot. The distance from the parking lot at the KKP to the hotel is about 450-500 m.

The cafe on the ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the buffet system.

Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From November 5th to December 8th, the Olympia lift, which can be used to get to the hotel, will be undergoing maintenance. The Zapovedny Les, Kavkazsky Express, Volchya Skala and Edelweiss lifts will also be closed. During the maintenance, free shuttles of the Rosa Khutor resort will run from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Rosa Dolina — height 560, to the hotels of the Mountain Olympic Village: including the Riders Lodge, Philosophy of the Mountains and the 28 Hotel. Guests can also get there by private transport or taxi. The shuttle schedule can be found at the hotel. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
The time of arrival and departure:
Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out - until 12:00 PM (midday).
Parking for cars is nearby. Entrance to the territory of the Mountain Olympic Village by car for a fee of RUB 450.00 per day. The tariff is valid until 12.12.24.
The cost of a ticket for the Olympia cable car is RUB 100.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 50.00 per day for guests from 7 to 14 years old. Guests can purchase a ticket at the check-in desk. Children up to and including 6 years old can use the cable car for free.
Pets are allowed in all room categories. Pets are allowed only upon prior reservation and upon prior agreement with the hotel. The cost must be specified at the hotel.
