In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the prepayment will be refunded minus the cost of the daily stay, otherwise, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Guests will be charged a resort fee of RUB 30.00 per night per adult if guests are from another region.
The following prohibitions and rules apply on the territory of the park hotel:
— No smoking in rooms and pool areas. (Smoking is only possible in designated areas).
— Violation of the quiet hour after 23:00. (It is forbidden to turn on music loudly, make noise, disturb other guests on the hotel territory).
— During his stay at the Hotel, the guest is obliged to observe moral and ethical standards, to refrain from excessive drinking and obscene expressions in places of mass recreation for guests and hotel guests. Respect the right of others to rest, do not insult the Hotel staff with actions and words.
—In the event of a gross violation of public safety and public order rules, public morality, or fire safety rules on the part of a guest or a hotel visitor, the Hotel has the right to terminate the service agreement immediately, followed by eviction without compensation. |
