Pensiunea Casa Doina

I booked this for a good price and arrived fairly late one evening. The host checked me in quickly and showed me my room. The room itself was clean, comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the castle. The bathroom was large with a big bathtub in one corner. There was a wardrobe, good sized bed and plenty of space to unpack my case. I walked down to the castle that evening and the next morning, it took 6-7 minutes and was easy and safe. The next morning breakfast was set out as a buffet and there was also an option of having something cooked (eggs I think, amongst other things). The buffet was fine but a few more options would have been great. Wifi was free and was of a good quality, the rooms were non-smoking so didn't smell of smoke. The owners were very friendly and helpful, check out was quick and they allowed me to leave my car in their car park whilst I walked down to the castle for a few hours of sightseeing. When I returned the owner invited me in for a quick coffee before I set off for Brasov but because I was in quite a hurry I declined - really nice of him though. A few people saying this place is hard to find but I found it really easy. Google Maps has the place listed accurately and I have submitted a 360 photo so you can see how easy it is to spot. I'm glad I stayed here and would happily stay again if I returned to the area.
