I have stayed many times at Hotel Parc, and observed some small improvements. The rooms are average, clean, but the bathrooms need some improvement. The restaurant is horrible, big communist building with no atmosphere at all. The breakfast buffet is also very poor. The majority of the guest are retired people, coming here for treatment. A few years ago they have built a nice spa, with swimming pool, Jacuzzis and a sauna. I have never seen the Jacuzzis working, maybe they are there only for decoration. Overall the hotel is okay, but if you want to spend some quality days at spa, you should go to Hungary.

Average spa hotel

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and we were very disappointed of the hotel and the resort itself. We are quite familiar with the town as we live in a big city very close to Buzias. Unfortunately this hotel has degraded in the past years as no investment has been done. Our room and bathroom was dirty and smelly, walls were in need of fresh paint. The blanket was a joke. Someone must have stolen the remote control from the TV; we had to ask for another one from the reception. It was very cold although the heater was functioning (I believe the room had not been used for a very long time). We had no fridge in the room. The first night was terrible as they had a big party in the restaurant and music yelled until dawn. 
Breakfast was quite poor in the first morning, but the second morning we couldn't get any food, as there was NO ONE in the restaurant and the receptionist had no idea why!!! The only nice and clean place in this hotel is the swimming pool which can be quite relaxing if you are lucky and is not very crowded. We also had a massage... Well... forget it! Afterwards we felt like somebody had beaten us.
The funniest part about our stay is in fact the beginning, the reservation process, which I took care of a week before. First of all I tried to make an online reservation through booking.com, but the site said they were fully booked until I don't know...June... :)))) Afterwards I filled the hotel's official reservation form. Waited for 24h. Nothing. No confirmation e-mail, no calls from them. I called to see what happened. Of course the lady at the reception had no idea about our reservation, but was happy to make one for us as they had plenty of rooms :)
So, if you really must stay in Buzias I advise you to have very low expectations or find another place.

Disappointing

We actually were staying at Hotel Phoenix next door, but apparently they're the same hotel aside from the rooms. All of the amenities at Hotel Parc haven't been updated in decades. It is old and run down. None of the images from the website are accurate. The "spa" area is nothing like we expected from the website images. The food was AWFUL. We stopped eating there after 2 meals. Most of the time it was cold and tasted absolutely awful. Thankfully there's a nice Italian restaurant just in town, Belvedere. 

Bad. Very bad. 

Unbelievable how such nice place is having a hotel which is back in communist period with everything. Starting with personnel from reception, continuing with the room or restaurant, nothing changed from that period. The owner took the hotel, invested nothing but trying to get a lot of money. 
Buzias itself is in the same situation. Nice place in the past is now like a place where nobody was thinking about guests.

I had the package "pentru inima ta " with extra tax for be alone in the double room. I would not recommend t no-one this hotel. Starting with the pool that looks really spectacular on photos, and wasn't working all week of my stay, without any clarification when it will be possible to use it; room was smelling really bed (toilet); during all my stay (5 nights) no-one cleaned my room, didn't took out garbage, didn't change towels. For the bath treatment (that was part of offer) I was forced to wait every day more then 40 minutes, without any explanation from staff, even if I had my appointment planned day before!!! Concerning the restaurant quality, starting with food and finishing with stuff and cleanness at the restaurant  really negative experience: food really bed, staff really unpolite, disrespectful , even I would say violent, really dirty and poor...The only question I have is if the management from the hotel knows about all this... Because is really unacceptable to be treated like this for the money you pay! Even if they state that it is hotel with three stars, I would say that it is even not a one star! I will definitely never come back and definitely will not recommend this hotel!
