The hotel is located in a central area of Iasi, opposite the Iulius Mall, Zimbru Hotel, with new construction, finalized in December 2012.
The cost was 240 ron, including breakfast for a single room. The breakfast can be served between 07.00 ... 10.00 am, but it's not so good. There are few varieties - the coffee machine was not working, there was only 1 type of juice (from Lidl) and omlette.
The room was nice, clean, except the bathroom which was not so clean.
Inside of the hotel is also a nice restaurant where you can serve a drink or something to eat.

Good location, opposite the Iulius Mall

The room was very large, clean, with a microwave and fridge. Good breakfast and nice employees.  We had the breakfast included and in the morning we could choose between 7-8 types of menius. The parking is free behind the hotel. It is very close (across the street) to the Iulius Mall  and 5 minutes by car from the certer of the city.

Very good services

For me was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Nice view, great staff, good beer made specially for them. The food is excellent and rooms are big with lot of space. Bathroom are big very clean and nice. All in all one of the best hotels I've ever seen and stayed in. 

Nice 

Nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, you eat well and pay fairly, nice and interesting as well as the restaurant, good location. Very young and inexperienced staff, cleanliness during the stay, almost non-existent....

Inexperience

The hotel offers rooms that are more like studio apartments. It is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, useless coffee machine and some kitchen accessories (plates, glasses, spoons..). Overall everything is very average, ok for a modest 3 star hotel. Bed not very comfortable. Recommend to bring slippers as there are no carpets. And take in consideration that there is a big construction site behind, so ask for rooms with street view. The menu is like a book about how to serve eggs (10 different types), plus cereals as an alternative for those who don't like eggs (and nothing else).

Average hotel

...no Zimbru beer in the brewery... breakfast without fruit, very poor... service always makes so terrible empathy loose face... no breakfast outdoors... on the beautiful terrace. breakfast 1-9... eggs eggs... no fruit... very imaginary... but SAUBER, big room with construction site next door... and cheap... but that's all.

It's cheap, but...

The Hotel is near Iulius Mall, it is cozy, more suitable for business travel. Overall the room is clean and the staff is welcoming, we had a very good breakfast at the hotel restaurant I recommend it. Only inconvenient is the location, to reach city center you need to walk a lot or to have a car/uber/transport.
The city is very nice and clean.

Good place to stay

The hotel is located near Iulius Mall, Lidl and Kaufland. The studio we had at the third floor was relative large with a lounge and a bedroom. I appreciate the accommodation space as quite comfortable. I was pleased that the kitchen is fully equipped. Centralized air conditioning worked well. If you have room in front of the hotel you can not leave the window open because morning is noise due to speeding cars.

Near Iulius Mall

The hotel is located near the Tudor Vladimirescu area, not far from Iulius Mall. The studio we had at the fourth floor was large with a bedroom and a lounge, very comfortable. The only negative aspect that I recall is the position of the TV. The support for the TV allows you to turn the TV at 360 degrees in order to watch either from the bedroom or from the lounge. However, the antenna cable was to short for this purpose.

Short stay in Iasi

I've been here for three nights and this hotel is a three-star hotel, clean room and friendly reception staff. To get into the restaurant room you have to do the stairs outside the hotel, not the maximum of comfort especially in winter for people like me who come down to breakfast almost in pajamas. The basement restaurant is suggestive. The only drawback is the coffee for breakfast, the espresso coffee unfortunately pays while the automatic machine doesn't.
