Hotel is easy to get to and has good parking facilities. 
Found no good restaurants within walking distance. There was a nice pizza place 15 mins walk from hotel. 
Biggest issue was the hot water in the bath room. Cold water had very low pressure and the hot water was scolding hot. Taking a shower was a challenge. 
Staff is friendly and helpful. 

Simple but easy to get to. Good parking

If you think impossible to rent a room with the loudest music possible all night long, you are wrong. This experience you can find at this hotel. To be precise, the distance between our room and the part of building where the party lasted till al least 4 in the morning, with the courtyart between, was not more than 10 meters.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get into a room with more than a glock of dust everywhere a bathroom in a bad condition a bed or mattress is non-existent and is in that end of life. one night to hear the music of a wedding that was held in the hotel and the cherry on the cake is that we waited for the lady of the reception for our departure at 4:00 in the morning because she was going to dance at the wedding I do not recommend. of all this hotel.

I just stayed at Hotel Arizona for 2 nights. Great accomodation, friendly people. Rooms were very clean, sheets were changed daily.
The hotel is situated in a peacefull and select neighbourhood, very good for recharghing your batteries.

Perfect accomodation

We were in Timișoara for a couple of days, supposed to stay at Arizona, after seeing the rooms we choose to leave, the rooms were small and dirty! Ask to see it before you check in orherwise you can be very dissapointed! 

Not recommended! 

If you want to sleep, go to another hotel! It's not possible to sleep here, bed uncomfortable and if it does not get you upset, it will surely wake you up with the loud sounds of the machine tools early in the morning inside the hotel every day!

Fall asleep at this hotel is impossible!

In three nights here we switched two rooms because the first one was windowless so there was no light or air. In double we had a large drawer and a small one as if to mean that only one of the two guests could wash, no hair dryers, no shampoos from bathroom products and. Very loud music all night and no buffet breakfast, only a Romanian-speaking maid who boats as much as she can. Absolutely not to recommend Impossible to rest, mess all night in communal spaces.

Poor customer care

We're on our way with two kids and we took the big room with two double beds. Price 40€ without breakfast. Under the beds was dusty and there was even an empty PET bottle. The toilet was defective and the shower was clogged. The only window in the room doesn't go outside, but down the hall. The restaurant has the charm of a socialist mensa.

There's better.

A good price-quality ratio, no big claims, a little out of hand, for anything you need to use the passenger-friendly machine to definitely improve breakfast to do some minimal maintenance

In short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's at the end of the world, depending on the traffic, taking a taxi takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of Timisoara, besides, it didn't feel good to walk outside the door after dark, you can hear street dogs barking everywhere and it's really scary. My first impression of the hotel was similarly daunting, the corridor had spiders on the walls and everything just seemed unattended and dirty, the rooms weren't really clean either. The bathroom had a window to the hallway, so you ran the risk of being observed by the guests walking down the hallway showering. Overall, I had nothing to say about the prices.
