Horrible rooms, very bad smell from shower and sink, disgusting carpet, bed and mattress, dust everywhere, the shower is broken all over the toilet is infected. All the shelves in the bathroom are rusted and old , the windows are very dirty and the fridge is stinky, nothing good to this hotel ( if I can call it like this) and the owner of the hotel husband and wife are very arrogant and bad components.NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Horrible no recomand

That hotel has nothing to do with the name LIDO. The rooms are very small and dirty. The position is central the only good thing. They have a pool but it looks bad and the food is average. The wifi is bad.

Bad hotel

It is the second time i have staid at this hotel and i have to say i was happy with the conditions but they could do better.
The staff was very friendly , the food is great and the prices are low. They could do better with the breakfast but it ‘s ok.
Overall , I recomand this hotel.

PS: prices aren’t high so don’t aspect 5* rooms or service, they are more than decent

Happy with the hotel

Good : it is situated in the city center,the rooms are spacious and almost renovated. It is quite clean (it could be better)

Poor: reception staff is unprofessional, some of them don't know were the rooms are situated  (I mean, on what floor, which part of the hotel); happyly, they were rescued by the cleaning lady. More than that, they seem to be temporarly employees, since they are very slow in providing any kind of info besides giving you the room key. So, bad customer experience with them.

Good location, poor reception staff

Just two words: to avoid! Accidentally happened since the hotel I wanted to stay at was not accessible due to road work and the chaotic traffic made me enter the first hotel I met. Dated environment, insufficient air conditioning since the rooms had an entire glass wall completely exposed to the sun, very noisy.

Ok, I stayed here during 2014/2016 maybe ten times. 
Advantages: is across the Courts of Appeal and close to all other courts. So, if you're a lawyer or a person having a trial, it suits you. It has a quite big parking lot and usually you can find easy where to park. Good A/C in rooms on the 1st floor. You have free WIFI and digital tv. 
Minuses: breakfast is quite poor. And the very big minus: recently they host private parties and it is reallllly loud. Last time I couldn't sleep until 5 am. In the morning I tried to ask the receptionist what the... She told me I should have presumed that they will throw parties, as the hotel has a restaurant. Needless to say it was a WEDNESDAY night... Other minuses? The staff is not professional, they learn on the spot. 

Would I go back? Probably, because it's close to my work, but I will try to avoid it as much as possible. 

ROOM TIPS: book only 1st floor rooms. The other are old.

THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I FOUND DRUNK WAITRESSES SWEARING, no administrative personnel to discuss the attitude of the personnel...
I'll fill up also a complaint to the authorities.I tried to discuss with the management, they were not there, I left my contact details.

Comfortable for a business trip, clean room and decidedly large (1st floor), unfurnished furniture, comfortable bed, satellite TV with rays, refrigerator in the room, bathroom in the norm.
