2019- Cancellation Policy

FIT bookings:

No cancellation charges if cancellation is received by 14:00 hours one day prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellations received after that time there will be a full accommodation charge for the rooms booked for the first night.

Group bookings:

The cancellation deadline will be 28 days prior to arrival. Less than 28 days from the date of arrival or non-arrival 100% of the total value of the cancelled booking plus VAT.
