Full accommodation balance will be charged on the day of booking. A security deposit will be due before the date of arrival, details of which will be provided with your confirmation email.

Guests will be met by a member of staff at their booked apartment.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties, or groups of young people without an adult of at least 25 years of age staying in the apartment. Photo ID is required. The hotel reserve the right to use their discretion in this matter and refuse to check in guests who appear to contravene these terms.
