Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

As per new immigration procedures, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival. It is required to register within 3 days before the arrival date.

Please note that guests are required by the property to settle the deposit by credit card or bank transfer on the day of booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide any instructions.A refundable security deposit of THB 87500 (or equivalent in any currency) is required for incidentals. It must be paid via bank transfer 10 days before arrival or via credit card authorization 3 days before arrival.Please note that 2 people can be accommodated per bedroom.- Booking of 6 people can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms.- Booking of 8 people can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms.- Booking of 10 people can be accommodated in 5 bedrooms. Please inform Villa Paradiso of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 80000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
