Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 12000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The Electricity consumed during your stay is not included in the rate which cost 5 baht per unit. The check-in time is from 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM. If you wish to check-in earlier, you can do depending on the availability. Please note there is an extra fee of 1,000 THB if you check-in after 18:00PM or before 08:00 AM. Late check-out depends on the availability on your check-out day with charge and will be organized with the villa attendant. Please be advised to prepare a security deposit of 12,000 baht or equivalent to your home currency as stated on the booking. This amount will be returned upon checking out. Cleaning once a week (Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge)
