Cascades Resort Phuket

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

If the guests will arrive after 10:00 PM they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 15 years old and younger are not permitted at this property.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Breakfast fee: between THB 80 and THB 200 per person (approximately)
• Pet fee: THB 300 per pet, per day
• Rollaway bed fee: THB 500.0 per night
