Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the bank account or PayPal account details of the property. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please be informed of the following room capacity details: - Reservations for 6 persons will have access to 3 bedrooms. - Reservations for 8 persons will have access to 4 bedrooms.
