DoublePool Villas by Banyan Tree

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the villa prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: THB 1500 for adults and THB 750 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: THB 2200 per vehicle (one-way)

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Renovations and Closures
The property will be renovating from 10 January 2019 to 31 October 2019 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Meeting facilities
• Select guestrooms

Alternate facilities are located offsite and include:

• Business facilities
• Health club
• Outdoor pool
• Recreational facilities

Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.
