The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only guests holding a reservation are allowed to overnight at Condo Villas. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to overnight without prior arrangement with management. Please note that guests arriving after 20:00, on the day of arrival, may be subject to a late arrival fee. Managed by a private host
