La sosire, cetățenii ruși trebuie să aibă un pașaport rusesc valabil în original.

To access the swimming pool, sauna and other services, guests must have a sanatorium card. Guests can bring it with them or arrange it at the sanatorium for an additional fee: RUB 1,300.00 per person.

Rules of the guest's arrival at the sanatorium:

1. Admission to the territory of the sanatorium will be carried out in the presence of personal protective equipment.

2. You must have the following documents with you:

- Passport (birth certificate (for children from 4 to 14 years old), notarized power of attorney for the right to represent the child's interests in a sanatorium, issued to a person who is not a legal representative)

- OMS policy.

- Certificate of no contact with COVID-19 patients during the previous 14 days, issued no later than 3 days before leaving for the sanatorium (Order of the Office of the Federal Service for Rospotrebnadzor for the Stavropol Territory No. 639-04 dated 02.07.2020).

- Sanatorium card with the obligatory indication of the result of fluorographic examination (order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of 05.05.2016, number 279n).

- For children, in addition to the above documents, a vaccination certificate is required.

- Certificate of vaccination or the QR-code of the vaccinated, obtained through the portal "Gosuslugi";

- Either a certificate or a QR code of a patient who has been ill, received through the "State Service" portal, confirming that a citizen has suffered a coronavirus infection and no more than 12 months have passed since the date of his recovery;

- Either a negative laboratory test result for coronavirus infection by PCR, obtained no earlier than 48 hours.

3. Reception of vacationers who have undergone COVID-19 infection for spa treatment is permissible only 14 days after the final, double laboratory-confirmed recovery, determined by the absence of symptoms and signs of infection and the elimination of SARS-CoV-2 from respiratory smears.

Documents required for check-in:

For adults: voucher, general Russian passport, health resort card, certificate of epidemiological environment

For foreign citizens: passport, visa, migration card (including visa-free regime)

For children:

- for children under 14 years old - the original birth certificate, for children over 14 years old - a passport

- for minor children accompanied by third parties (not parents, legal guardians) - written consent of the legal representatives of the child

- for minors aged 14 years and older, check-in at hotels without accompanying persons is carried out with the written consent of the parents

- certificate of the epidemiological environment (no more than 21 days from the date of receipt)

- analysis for enterobiasis (no more than 3 months from the date of receipt)

- the conclusion of a dermatologist about the absence of skin diseases

- certificate of vaccinations

- sanatorium-resort card, if the child has a voucher with treatment

We recommend both adults and children to take a medical policy with them.
