When booking, you must provide the guest's contact number. The apartments have contactless check-in via keyboxes. To get check-in instructions, you must contact the operator 1 day before arrival by phone, indicated in the booking confirmation. Also on the day of check-in, at least 1 hour before check-in, guests must send a photo of their passport with registration, make a deposit, after which the operator will provide the keybox code with keys. On the day of check-out, the guest will receive a deposit back until 06:00 PM. Call reception and operator work hours are from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Check-in at other times is possible upon full payment and presentation of a document. Payment on site is accepted by online transfer.

The reception is not open around the clock, in case of check-in after 06:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Check-in after 06:00 PM is possible for an additional fee in the amount of RUB 800.00 to 1300.00. The exact amount of the surcharge must be clarified with the accommodation facility.
