Pets are allowed with prior agreement and for a surcharge of RUB 500.00 per day for a small dog and RUB 1000.00 per day for a large dog.

From the railway station to the accommodation facility you can get directly by 39, 67, 106a, 201 minibus or by taxi.

Within walking distance from the house there is a public transport stop Red Square routes 38, 1, 5, 67, 182a, 183a, 121a, 78, 106a, 29, 56, 105a, 62, 201, 31, 777, 163a.

There is free public parking for cars. The territory of the residential complex is fenced under guard with video surveillance along the perimeter of the house.

An hour before check-in, guests must contact the apartment by phone, WhatsApp or telegram, provide the estimated time of arrival and departure time to draw up a cleaning schedule for the maid.

Rules of accommodation.

Check-in after 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment.

It is forbidden to throw away or break any of the interior elements; to rearrange without the consent of the administration; to lose keys; to live with animals without the consent of the administration; to leave the front door open; to leave behind garbage, dirty dishes, make noise after 21:00; to damage property.

For exceeding the number of guests, eviction will follow. For violation of the rules of accommodation, the administration will be forced to evict guests without refund of the amount paid + deposit; withhold the amount equivalent to the damage from the deposit, or the entire amount. If the amount of the deposit does not cover all the damage, an invoice is issued, if the payment is refused, the administration will go to court.
