- VISA, RESIDENCE PERMIT, TERMINAL STAY PERMISSION - for foreign citizens who have a visa entry or reside in the Russian Federation.

- SHUTTER PART OF THE NOTIFICATION FORM, if a foreign citizen is in the Russian Federation more than 7 days from the moment of crossing the border.

In the absence of any of the above documents, the administrator has the right to refuse the guest in the check-in.
