To check into the hotel, guests must have an identity document with them:

— for citizens of the Russian Federation — an internal passport;

— for children under 14 years old — a birth certificate;

— for minor children accompanied by third parties — the written consent of the legal representatives of the child;

— for foreign citizens — a foreign passport, visa, migration card, including subject to a visa-free regime.

Early check-in/late check-out:

Early check-in from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM — 50% of the room rate at the official rate;

Early check-in from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM — the full cost of the room at the official rate.

Late check-out before 06:00 PM — 50% of the room rate at the official rate;

Late check-out after 06:00 PM — full cost of the room according to the official fare.

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Edelweiss Restaurant. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch is from 13:00 PM to 03:00 PM, dinner is from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM. A la carte dishes are available from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The phytobar is open from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

The price includes an initial consultation with a doctor.

The SPA complex with a swimming pool and a thermal zone (Finnish sauna, hammam, herbal bath, laconium) is open from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Please pay attention to Children's Time Mode of visiting the complex from 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM for guests under 12 years old. Technical breaks have been established: 12:30 PM – 01:30 PM, 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM.
