Check-in is carried out from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-in after the specified time is possible for an additional fee: from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 250.00; after 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM — RUB 500.00.

The price includes 2 double set of bed linen, 2 sets of towels and bath amenities. An additional set of bed linen costs RUB 300.00, an additional set of towels (large/small) costs RUB 150.00.

It is possible to stay with small pets, subject to prior approval. However, this service involves additional costs, including an increase in the security deposit.

Check-in to the apartments is contactless.

Guests must contact the administration in advance of the day of arrival by writing to WhatsApp at the number indicated in the voucher.

On the day of arrival, guests will be provided with detailed information for self-check-in. There are two options for accessing the apartments (depending on the property): keys in a mini-safe or an electronic combination lock.

The price includes:

Bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries for the first period of stay.

A refundable security deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, after cleaning the apartment, by transfer via the Fast Payment System (FPS) before 06:00 PM.

For identification upon check-in, you must have your passport with you.

Accommodation rules:

Smoking cigarettes and hookah is strictly prohibited (including on the balcony). Violation of the rule will result in a fine of RUB 5000.00.

The apartments are not rented out for entertainment events, including birthdays.

It is prohibited to disturb the peace of residents of neighboring apartments, it is necessary to observe the silence regime from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

Third parties are not allowed to stay in excess of the number of guests specified in the reservation, unless this was agreed upon in advance.

Accommodation with small pets is allowed only by prior arrangement. The cost is discussed individually. The refundable security deposit will be increased.

Reporting documents are provided for an additional fee by prior arrangement. The commission amount will be included in the electronic check, which will allow the accounting department to compensate for this additional payment. In case of early departure, the amount paid for accommodation is non-refundable.
