Please note that:
- 6C Sarasota 4 Residential Resort are Apartment Units. Guests are required to provide estimated time of arrival and contact details by submitting this as a special request after making your reservations.

- Please be advised that this is important to avoid delays as the unit owner will need to provide the room key in the lobby.
- Any change in arrival time must be made 24 hours before arrival date (latest).
Please note that PHP 3,000.00 deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out once inventory checked for missing/damaged itemsHousekeeping service is inclusive in the room rate.
- For stay more than 3 nights, hotel can only provide changing bed sheet for free. Guest can contact the owner directly to avail housekeeping service for additional fee. Owner contact information is indicated in your voucher.
