Please inform Yperhof 25 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests have the possibility to rent bed linnen and towels at the property or to bring their own. Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 needs to be paid before arrival, at the same time of the pre-payment of the reservation. This amount will be refunded within 3 weeks after check-out.
