• Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage.
• Reservations are required for massage services, spa treatments, and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the riad prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Christmas Day (25 December) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 15.00 (from 5 to 14 years old)
• New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per adult: EUR 30
• New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 150.0 (from 5 to 14 years old)
• New Year's Day (1 January) Gala Dinner per adult: EUR 30.00
• New Year's Day (1 January) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 30.00 (from 5 to 14 years old)
• Valentine's Day (14 February) Gala Dinner per adult: EUR 30.00
• Valentine's Day (14 February) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 30.00 (from 5 to 14 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.50 per person, per night
