As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

• This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
• Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• This property affirms that it follows the cleaning and disinfection practices of National Guidelines for reopening Tourism (Mexico).

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning deposit: MXN 300 per stay

• Late check-in fee: MXN 100 for check-in between 6:00 PM and midnight
