The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 18:00 until 22:00 costs EUR 30. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
